Please note that Wedgwood only supply monitors, plasma screens, projectors , whiteboards and AV accessories to businesses, government bodies, educational and medical establishments and registered charities.  We do not supply AV equipment to consumers (private individuals).

How can I order?

• We cannot accept telephone orders so please fax your orders 01754 768036. Call us on
  01754 769967 or 0800 018 9967, with your requirements and we will produce you a full quotation first if required.  

• If you are an LEA educational establishment, government body or blue chip company and wish to pay by 14 or 30 day account please fax your official purchase order to 01754 768036.

• You can order online with our shopping cart system for payment by cheque, credit or debit card, or bank transfer.

Purchase orders must include delivery address, invoice address, goods, prices, delivery price, quotation number and credit card surcharge if applicable.  Purchase orders should be signed by the authorized person.

Next day delivery cut-off time on first time orders

For next day deliveries (stock items) on first time orders we require payment clearance by 2pm.  For projector lamps, delivery is up to 10 working days.

• Cheque (5 working days clearance for cheques over £500)

• Bank transfer 

• Visa, Mastercard credit cards (no surcharge)

• UK Maestro, Switch, Solo and Delta debit cards (no surcharge)

• Credit card and debit card orders on-line are not subject to surcharge

• 14  and 30 day credit accounts for LEA educational establishments and blue chip companies (subject to status)
  
  Orders cannot be processed until payment is cleared. Normally delivery is 1 to 2 working days after payment clearance, subject to stock.
  

Conditions of order

1. Goods are NOT sold on a 'sale or return' evaluation basis.  Please make sure that you order carefully.

2. Orders, except special orders, can be cancelled at any point prior to dispatch without penalty.  However, if you cancel and the goods have been dispatched you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.   We do not exchange products once delivered. 

3. If goods are special order, i.e. order specifically for your requirements , i.e. bespoke brackets etc. projector lamp for specific projector, then these cannot be cancelled and payment will still be required, even if you do not accept the goods.

4. If goods arrive damaged or in non-working condition, then we must be notified within 2 working days to arrange replacement.  The manufacturers warranty takes effect after this 2 working day period.

5. All goods are covered by manufacturers warranties as stated on the manufacturers product description. Should an item be faulty please contact us within 48 hours to organize an exchange when you will be given a returns number and an exchange organized. We cannot accept goods back otherwise. 

6. Please do not book installations of equipment before delivery to give you chance to receive and fully test the equipment. We will not be held responsible for any additional expenses you may incur, for instance, late installations.

7. Please allow ample time for equipment to be delivered which is required for time critical missions, such as exhibitions, presentations, etc., as we will not be held responsible for any additional expenses your may incur.
   

Credit and debit card orders

For credit/debit card orders to organisations, delivery will only be made to your trading address. Please note that for businesses and registered charities etc. we perform full identity and credit checking due to the high value of the goods we supply.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges for the UK mainland are as follows:

• Projectors £20+VAT

• LCD monitors £20 + VAT

• Interactive whiteboards £40 + VAT

• Plasma screens £50 + VAT

• Accessories £20 + VAT

• Lamps £15 + VAT

• Projector screens £20+VAT to £100+VAT according to size

• Plasma screen trolleys £25 + VAT

Force Majeure

Wedgwood AV Ltd is not liable for delays in delivery or cancellation of your order caused by circumstances beyond it's reasonable control.  Examples: supplier transport, manufacturers production problems, governmental action and natural disasters.   If this lasts more than 2 months, then this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.

Legal

The information on this website is supplied by Wedgwood AV Ltd  as a complimentary reporting service to its customers and will not form part of any contract for the purchase of any product described. Wedgwood accepts no responsibility for any defect or error in the web site, or in the information supplied; nor shall Wedgwood be liable for any damage or loss caused as a result of reliance upon such information.
